I've had trouble with sleep and feeling relaxed so I bought this supplement. It's amazing. I will re-order again when I've run out of it. Only downside but not much of a problem is each tablet is big so iI have to be careful when swallowing it. But the positive side is more impactful so overall, there is not much of a problem.

さすが外国のサプリって感じで大きいです。飲みにくいです。慣れるまで大変でした。たまに、喉に引っかかってます。でも体にはいい感じがします♪

かなり偏食でキノコや海藻等、マグネシウムを摂らない生活したからか、 とても効きました。 キノコ、海藻、納豆、豆腐を食べない人は効くのではないでしょうか？ 効きすぎて夜2錠飲むと睡眠時間5時間くらいで目が自然と醒めてしまいました。 今は夜に1錠、朝に1錠に調節中です。 今でも朝はもっと寝ていたいですが、 頭がスッキリ目覚めることが出来るので 錠剤が大きいデメリットがあっても 星5つです。

Suppliment is actually worthy but the tablet is really large, sometimes it is difficult to swallow so you should break in half before taking.

多くて安い。効果は分からないが錠剤は大きく多少飲みづらい。ミネラルの少ない軟水を飲む日本人がマグネシウムを摂取するにはいい商品だと思う。

かなり錠剤大きいですが、しっかり水と一緒だったら飲み込めないってことはないです 1日2回各2錠服用とありますが、まず夜2錠 朝1錠から試してみます

i bought this product after hearing that it will help with my sleep and HRV. this really worked for me in both my sleep quality and increasing HRV. i really felt refreshed waking up after taking this!

Absorbs well and helps with relaxation and sleep. Tablets are effective, but a bit large to swallow. Overall, a reliable supplement.
