Gorgeous, thick, soft and thirsty!
These towels are wonderful! Not only is the color gorgeous and just what I was looking for, but they are very soft, thick and absorbent. They are the priciest towels I've ever purchased, so I hope they last a long time, but the reviews were great so I am optimistic. Be sure to pay attention to washing instructions to keep them in great condition.

Colour fast problem
Love the absorbency. If they last as long as the Wimbledon towels Christy makes I will be happy as those towels are still going strong after 12 years. My only disappointment is that one of the hand towels has a patch where the color has changed. It's never happened on the Wimbledon towels so don't know how it happened.

The towels are well made and soft but after 2 washings in machine the color (blue) still bleeds. Also, once opened and inspected found a snagged and pulled thread that can’t be fixed. Would not buy again.

Ok..I got these towels, now let me give you the details. They are towels. They are made in India. I am not sure they are better than the towels you would get at Target or Costco. I think there is a trend of items on Amazon setting a high price so you assume you are getting something special. If my wife paid $160 for these towels she would be getting divorce papers. Do what you will, but don't think you are going to get out of your next shower and wrap yourself in the heavenly luxury that is these towels. You will be wrapped in absorbent disappointment. To be fair, although I have dried my body countless times over my life, I am not a towel expert. Maybe these towels will last ages, I am not psychic and Sylvia Browne isn't picking up the phone anymore. If you decide to order these, I would give them a good looking over before taking them all out in case you decide they are not worth the price.

Adequate for sure, but not luxury.
I was a bit nervous of ordering towels online without being able to see them. I'd invested in really high quality towels a few years ago and was hoping to get similar again here. While I wouldn't go as far as saying I'm disappointed, I'm not exactly mindblown either. They're ok... I guess. Seem to be of a pretty good quality with reasonable thickness and weight. Certainly much better than cheapest of the cheap. I'm sure they'll do the job just fine. If however, you really want high quality, luxury hotel grade, you might want to up the budget and keep searching.
