I spent a lot of time and research to find the best Elderflower to garner the flavor profile I was looking for in a Lemon Elderflower cake I was making for a wedding anniversary. It was everything Good and More. I used straight up without a simple syrup and the profile was spot on, not too tart, not too sweet. Just the right amount of citrus pop along with fresh lemon juice and zest the recipe called for. Will definitely purchase from this company again. Delivery from Amazon was very timely.
