What do the full length measurements mean?

full length is the measurement from buckle to the belt tip end (end to end, it is not the waist measurement or pants size). This is a useful reference if you have a measurement of full length of the belt you are currently wearing. e.g if got 32-34" pants, then you might want to order size M/L - 36" belt for best fit. The full length is 41" (end to end)

I'm not sure -- I already cut off the tag on the inside of both the brown and the black belts. I think I remember seeing China, but I couldn't swear to it. I will say this -- I've worn the brown one just about every day with my jeans and the leather has become just so buttery soft, making it even more comfortable. So, I guess like with most leather -- the more you wear it, the softer it gets. No regrets on this purchase whatsoever.
