You have to babysit this machine.China I think you can do a little better than just having a a block of ice just drops down. The pile of ice gets caught on the full shut off sensor.It does drop ice every 13 minutes min. But if you don't go and break up the pile it has dropped about every hour. You will never get the ice it is capable of producing.. a simple fix would be heating wire across the drip area now

This is great little ice maker it is just enough for us on the farm it serves what we need it for I would recommend it to any one that wants a small ice maker to keep in the house or in a wash room or on the porch . It fits just right in a small space .

Very disappointed order 1st one it was stainless steal and used. Called they sent me the 2nd one who’s is broke inside and out AND White!!!!!

Don’t worst the money it working only 1 month
