Kids love them.
My kids love these. I was surprised because they are picky and I think this tastes not so great. Texture is very good. Unlike other veggie meats, the best preparation method is in the microwave instead of the pan. That was surprising and makes things easy. On behalf of the kids, five stars.

A delicious classic
I have been eating these for over 20 years and they are still better than regular sausage! Just open the box and inner bag and heat in the microwave (or whatever method you choose) and you have vegetarian protein with few carbs and so much flavor. Great texture. Great by themselves or with baked beans for a better "franks and beans" experience. Yum.

Closest vegan thing to a sausage link
I am not vegan, vegetarian, or anything like that. I'm an omnivore and I still prefer these to other meat-based sausages. The spices are excellent and the consistency is more than satisfactory.

They good.
They did not say plant base on my box I got and I’m vegan . They are vegetable breakfast sausage links, which means they were made with egg whites . I was sick after eating 4 of them. So if you vegan DONT BUY THESE!!!! They are really good fried dark brown with mustard and toasted butter white bread.
