This coconut powder is super handy to have around. It’s got that nice, light coconut flavor, and it mixes into drinks or recipes without clumping. It adds a slightly sweet creaminess in coffee, smoothies or desserts. Simple, tasty, and easy to use.

This powdered coconut milk is simply fantastic. I just got started into making overnight oats and this coconut milk powder adds not only a creamy consistency to to the oats but also some slight sweetness as well as coconut flavor. What's not to love? It disolves extremely easily in water with no clumps at all. Best of all, I think this is one of the only coconut milk power I find on Amazon that doesn't contain tapioca maltodextrin in the ingredients. I have no idea what that is but the less unnatural ingredients there are the better in my opinion. I will definitely repurchase this again.

Very good product. Mixes in water well. Taste like coconut milk. Great for making desserts without having to buy a big container of coconut milk. Great value for your money. Will buy it again.

I must have looked at the ingredients of around two dozen different brands of highly rated coconut milk powders and this was the ONLY ONE I could find without Maltodextrin in it!! I looked at reviews on the ones that had no ingredient listings (why?) and every time...reviewers mentioned Maltodextrin!! If you look up the research on Maltodextrin you do not want to consume it regularly as Maltodextrin is used as an anti-clumping agent that spikes your blood sugar worse than pure sugar and is bad for your gut bacteria/biome. I wanted a pure, organic coconut powder I could use in the "Healthy Matcha-Coconut Latte Powdered Mix" I concocted for my daily drinking, and this is perfection! No off-putting "soapy" flavors as some brands had complaints of. Sure it is a little clumpier WITHOUT any chemical additives, but it mixed in with the other dry ingredients easily, dissolves easily, is super creamy, naturally sweet, and it's DELICIOUS! Great coconut flavor, and over ice...amazing! NO ADDITIVES of any kind, and I'll tell you, I looked at the ingredient listings of dozens of the coconut powders available and YIKES!! This is ONLY PURE, ORGANIC coconut milk powder, no fillers, no chemicals, no sweeteners, no additives, and NO Maltodextrin!! For what it's worth, it is hands down the best tasting coconut milk powder I've ever used and I love that there is nothing in it that I don't want!

I bought the coconut powdered milk to make hot cocoa mix. When the weather turns cold I want a warm drink. Unfortunately I have a dairy allergy. So I decided I would try the coconut powdered milk in the recipe. It tastes good, not quite as creamy as I would like though. Too, it lends a bit of coconut flavor and aroma to the beverage. All in all it’s a pretty good hot cocoa mix. Dissolves really well.
