4 Pack Gaming Paper Wet/Dry Erase Tiles 1" Grid

These are pretty nice. Book-sized (around 9x12 inches or so) tiles that go together to form larger rectangle or square. 1 inch grids and glossy finish so you can dry erase on them. Great for when your group runs into battle and you need an impromptu battle area. Last campaign my peeps got out of the door of a dungeon map I had prepped ahead of time. But the got out a bit too easily so I wanted to have some monsters outside the door give them the what-for (was also very near the end of the session but wanted a bit more). But that had worked off outside the boundaries of my map, but I whipped out these tiles, drew in the dungeon door from the outside, made any objects I wanted on the outside, and placed the group and the monsters down to finish out the fight. I like these, very handy!

These dry erase boards are excellent! They support both dry and wet erase markers, making them incredibly versatile. Perfect for tabletop RPGs, they are compact, easy to store, and highly adaptable. Plus, they're very affordable, making them an outstanding bargain. Highly recommended!

I found that this works well on a variety of surfaces and can be used with drawings on both sides so that a tile can be flipped over without taking a break to clean off the surfaces. It cleans easily and works well with any normal markers. The only thing is that is clearly possible for the edges especially where they connect to get wear and tear fairly quickly. They are sturdy and do not get moved or knock over minis when dice roll into them.

Okay, so unlike many reviewers who use these boards for gaming I use these boards for my short story fiction writing I can create indoor and outdoor scenes with them and they work great. As a example I'm currently working on a cold war short story that is situated in Marseilles France, I was having difficulty with the timeline in placing the protagonist and the antagonist in a scene taking place at the Port of Marseilles, these boards helped out tremendously I was able to recreate a indoor scene and the Port scene and Act ll was successfully completed and I didn't have to waste a bunch of paper on scenery redos.

I took a chance on this because it didnt have any reviews when I purchased. I got 2 packs of these for dnd because it was a much cheaper option than other boards and has good dimensions. It came packaged very nicely and with protectors for the edges and everything. The material is like layered cardboard with a lamination layer on both sides. Both dry and wet erase seem to work just fine on it. Im very suprised this item didnt have reviews especially with how cheap it is. The only downsides being that if youre not careful with your things the corners may get damaged with use, and that the different sides are not connectable. That means you cant connect an 11" side to the 8" side (without the boxes getting cut in half at least). Overall though I think I definately got my moneys worth for the product.

Used these for the first time last weekend and they met every one of my needs perfectly! -Unlike vinyl mats, these are stiff and lay flat. Unlike folding boards, these aren't prone to tearing and have less risk of delamination. -Both wet and dry erase markers clean up easily. -They're modular, so if you don't have much table room you can just lay down one tile at a time. It's is also great for keeping parts of the dungeon hidden. -They're also double-sided, so you can prepare up to eight map sections in advance. -Because they're about the size of a normal sheet of paper, they're super easy to transport. I store them in the original bubble mailer for extra protection. I also took the advice of another reviewer and coated the edges with clear nail polish to prevent delamination. My one complaint would be that the interlocking tabs on some of the boards seem to fit a little awkwardly depending on which one is its neighbor.

Bought one of these a year ago and loved it. Bought a second set for a bigger map for a game of cyberpunk but was disappointed that the cut didn't match so the tabs of the old didn't fit with the "slots" of the new and vice versa Still worth the price just something to take into consideration

I just started running an RPG game for my sister's kids. They were having a hard time visualizing the game, but I didn't want one of those expensive roll-up mats that are constantly getting creased and never seem to stay down. Took a chance on these and some wet/dry erase paper miniatures. Game improved exponentially!!! They're weighty enough not to slide around on the table. Reversable and Clickable, so keeping areas secret is easy... or if you're like me, just have a dry erase pen in hand and draw as you go. I bought two more packs just to be able to use the entire table space.
