This mandolin is wonderful to use. Our old one was smaller and my son kept cutting himself. This is one so much safer and more stable to use - we've had zero cuts and it's so easy to use and it's built to last. I'd buy this one as a gift even - it looks great and works great.

特にキャベツの千切り用に購入。 一番幅の狭い所でもお店のような細いキャベツにはならず。使い勝手は良いので良かった。

このスライサーは切る物の厚さを調整できますが、刃に押し当てると厚く切れてしまいます。薄くスライスしたいならこの商品はむかないかもしれません。 スライスする物を掴む緑の道具が同梱されており、これは手を切るような事が減り、安全にスライスできるので助かっています。

キャベツの千切りが、いまいち太くなってしまうのだけが、残念でした。

購入2回目 指切ストッパーもついていて、安心設計のスライサーだとおもいます。

This is such a handy mandolin, great for daily salad prep and mine lasted SO long. This is a replacement for one that I had for about five years. I recommend it to everyone. I love the finger guard (because I’m clumsy and prone to Cutting myself) and have never cut myself with this mandolin. Great design

I really like this slicer. The grip piece makes it feel safe and steady when holding food, and it attaches neatly to the main part for storage. It doesn’t cover the whole blade, but it does help cover most of it, which adds a nice extra bit of safety. It’s lightweight, easy to clean, and very good value for the price. After slicing my thumb on the conventional mandolin, this is a life saver. So happy to have found this, the handle grips to potatoes well, and thickness is adjustable/ lockable. Very clever brilliant design and product quality.

Eigentlich habe ich erst etwas gezögert, die fast 18 Euro für das Teil auszugeben, aber die Mandoline ist jeden Cent wert - gute Qualität erleichtert den Alltag doch ungemein, und dieser Gemüsehobel (für 3 Dicken, guter Klinge, Sicherheitseinstellung für die Schublade und endlich mal einem funktionierenden Gemüsehalter (den ich mit etwas Achtsamkeit auch auf anderen Reiben einsetze)) gehört inzwischen zu meinen liebsten und meistgebrauchten Küchenhelfern. Und obendrein ist er auch noch total einfach und schnell zu reinigen - nein, ich möchte ihn auf keinen Fall mehr missen und freue mich jedesmal wieder darüber, dass er so gut funktioniert.
