Washing Up Liquid, Lemon & Aloe Vera, Grease Cutting, 950ml

I’ve been using Ecover Washing Up Liquid for everyday washing up, and it’s turned out to be one of the better washing-up liquids I’ve tried. It cuts through grease and food residue really well without needing to use a lot of product. Even pots, pans, and baking trays come up clean with minimal effort, and it produces a good amount of suds that last throughout the wash. One thing I particularly like is that it’s gentle on my hands. After washing up regularly, my skin doesn’t feel as dry or irritated as it has with some other brands. The fresh scent is pleasant without being overpowering, and I also like that Ecover focuses on using more environmentally conscious ingredients and recyclable packaging, making it a product I feel good about buying. Overall, this is an effective, high-quality washing-up liquid that cleans exceptionally well while being kinder to your hands and the environment. The best soap ever! The best value for money ever, great for my skin, I have exczema and I use this daily for washing my pumps and bottles for my little one! The only soap I will get. A little really does go far. It’s odourless and the concentration of soap is super, really kicks grime and leaves everything clean, shiny and sparky!

Foaming, loving the pleasant smell, cleans okay, need to use a stonger application for greasy remnants on dishes. Switched to Ecover recently from using Fairy due to concerns over skin compatibility due to harsh ingredients, if you do not always wear rubber gloves and have sensitive skin. Contains camomile & clementine, but unsure whether it is real fruit/citrus extract? The ingredients are biodegradable and label lists Citric Acid. Would advise to still wear gloves if you suffer from skin allergies. I think that it would be reassuring of Ecover to state whether the Citric Acid is natural or manmade? Intend to reuse the bottle for filling up from the 5 Litre bottle which we purchased recently on offer. The plastic bottle is comfortable to hold and the flip top lid is essy to open. The thickened detergent liquid does clean light general everyday items okay. However, does not remove builtup grease on airfryer on pans/ovenware without scrubbing or using other cleaners. Rinses off with cool water and does not leave behind a strong chemical smell! Hopefully, I am doing my bit for the environment in using this product?

I buy this on repeat and recently ran out and had to use a different brand which was not nearly as good. I absolutely love the smell of this washing up liquid and it is a good thick consistency that cleans well and does not dry my hands out. I was a little unsure if an eco product would clean well but this is a very effective washing liquid with the added benefit of being genuinely eco friendly with biodegradable ingredients that minimise harm to aquatic life - no parabens, phosphates or triclosan. The packaging is clean and simple and it tends to get less grime around the cap than some brands I've used, it also uses 100% recycled plastic. The liquid is a clear colour and feels luxurious. I prefer having this sitting beside my sink than a bright blue or pink bottle - if you're bothered about the little things! It is slightly more expensive than some other brands but it also goes a long way and is far superior in my opinion, so I think it's worth it.

It is a liquid which doesn't need too much to provide a good wash, a gentle but effective detergent with a pleasantly haunting scent and has a distinct dislike for grease!

Great product and it is biodegradable and not dangerous to the environment. Foams just as good as any washing up liquid and it can be used in many was like wiping surfaces. Highly recommended to stop killing fish etc

I find this great for everything. Its gentle enough to use on my babies bottles etc as well which is brilliant. It means I'm not buying bottle cleaners etc in addition to washing up liquid. Theres no residue or scent left on anything. Its very good quality and gives a nice easy clean.

Mein Geschirr soll sauber werden, ohne dass es (wenn auch nur eingebildet) nach irgendetwas riecht oder das Essen dann nach z.B. "Aloe Vera" schmeckt. Fallbeispiel: Etwas ist angebrannt im Topf. Ich weiche ihn über Nacht ein (mit Spülmittel) Am nächsten Tag mache ich ihn sauber und trockne ihn ab. Er stinkt nach "Zitrusfrische" oder eben nach diesem ach so tollen "Handbalsam", den ich nicht brauche, da ich Gummihandschuhe benutze. Ich habe in keiner Drogerie geschweige denn im Supermarkt ein Spülmittel gefunden, das nicht nach irgendetwas stinkt. Jetzt bin ich fündig geworden! Es hat zugegebenermaßen auch einen gewissen Eigengeruch aber der ist neutral und kaum wahrnehmbar. Da muss man die Nase schon direkt an die Flasche halten. Fazit: macht genauso sauber wie alle anderen, stinkt nicht und enthält nur das, was zum Fett lösen (nur darum geht es schließlich beim Geschirrspülen!) nötig ist. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Having tried most dishwashing liquids, this by far is the best one for sensitive hands. Normal dish washer liquid would crack up my finger tips, but ever since I started using Eco I have non problem at all. Recommended for sensitive skin.
