What's new with Serious Mass?

Not only does Serious Mass have a fresh new look, but it also has added 3 grams of creatine to support your performance.

The label looks different compared to the previous one I got, is it still the same OPTIMUM NUTRITION product?

As you evolve, so do we. The part of our mission is to help active individuals better understand OPTIMUM NUTRITION products. Now choosing the right product for you is easier with more visible product benefits, features and flavours on each tub.

The tub is not full to the brim when opened, why is that?

This is completely normal and is to do with the way the powder is vacuum packed into the tub. The powder settles over time. This does not impact the weight or number of servings listed on the label.

What is the best way to prepare Serious Mass drink?

To get the optimal consistency and prepare your drink in easy and convenient way, we recommend using a blender. For optimal use, follow serving instructions on pack.

Are the ingredients tested and safe?

All of the ingredients in our products have been approved and considered safe for consumption by the European Food Safety Authority.
