I read labels. I have tried many different kinds of supplements. Natures Sunshine is my favorite brand out there for the price point. It says to take 4, but I have found adequate results taking 1-2 tablets. It just depends on how much supplementation one requires.

The number one vitamin in the world! I take two in the morning and I have energy all day. Make sure to take after you eat something, even if it's just toast & coffee. It makes you feel great all day and easy to swallow. It does make your hair grow and beautiful skin and nails. All the fruit and vegetables and minerals in it helps you stay focus all day.

An herbalist suggested this product. Made in the USA and does not contain ingredients you can’t pronounce. In other words, there is not a lot of preservatives/additives to this vitamin! Works really well and gives you what you need. Gives you good energy too. The size and smell are comparable with other multi vitamins on the market. Highly recommend!

These are my favorite multi vitamins ever. I feel so much better overall when I am taking these. I have bought them from Amazon as well as directly from Nature's Sunshine website and they are the same. Would recommend.
