I would like to buy one from you, but after viewing other customer reviews, I'm skeptical of purchasing one, have you corrected the issues?

I don't know why they sent this to me cause they already know what my answers gonna be, have they corrected the issues? I highly doubt it, I'm still stuck with a broken one and furious about it. If they want to correct the issue they can drop the company that refurbishes for them and give me a new one, that would be a good start. If you get one you might get lucky and get a good one but I wouldn't trust it. Buyer beware!
