As a bus driver in the UK unfortunately I experience more abuse from passengers and drivers that drive dangerously. As my company doesn't have the newest buses the onboard CCTV isn't always there to protect me. With this body/dash cam from Boblov I hope to be able to protect myself from false accusations. I have been testing the Boblov for several days now and these are my comments: Pro's: - Very good quality of image. I recorded and tested on 1080/30 and 1440/30 and both are very good. - recordings on 1080/30 you can zoom in and out before you turn the camera on - The Battery lasted for 12/13 hours before recharging was needed. note: I filmed 8 hours on 1440/30 which have an influence on the battery. - Sound is very clear - Alarm works very well. One push and it makes a lot of noise :-) - easy menu and the options are easy to understand. No cons but…. - Because of the weight of the body cam, the short and long clips are not always keeping the camera in its place but you can solve it by getting a body camera vest or a magnet. I have to wear a normal shirt/uniform so I have been using the clip for being sucked on the window screen as I want to record passengers talking to me in combination with the dashcam. - I had to download another video player (MK Player) as the default Quicktime Player doesn't support the sound. Overall I am very pleased with this body/dash cam as I have been looking for a good quality one with a long battery life. I hope I never have to use the footage I am recording but if I have to I can count on a perfect silent witness!

Six months ago I was not very aware of Boblov as a brand. I have used a few of their devices but the name of the company had not registered. In March I ordered an M5 2K for testing. This is a serious piece of kit not an amateur toy. Accordingly it needs some investment in learning how it functions. Try to use it like a Go-Pro and it will work but if you want or need a Go-Pro buy one, don't skimp and expect to get the same thing. This is a security device designed to be used to gather evidence. The M5 2K comes with a good range of accessories. RECOMMEND: If the camera is still running the 2022 firmware, contact the friendly customer services email and ask for the latest 2023 firmware. It improves a number of minor glitches and makes the camera far more reliable to operate. NOTE: The interface/charging cable is Mini USB. Not commonly used but very robust compared to mini USB. Don't get caught out without a cable or compatible charging dock. Most retail outlets are very unlikely to stock Mini USB cables or adapters. There are plenty available online. It is good while it works. The camera reliably captures video and audio for day or night use. The loop recording means you can carry recording regardless of the size of the SD memory card. There’s a GPS and dashcam mode, with cable as well as a long battery life. So you can do your drive without using a cable into the camera. The battery lasts around 8hrs which is plenty in most circumstances. However, the internal SD card is not externally accessible, and so it can’t be replaced without opening the device. The SD card failed for me within 6 months, but once support provided instructions I was able to confidently open the device up and replace the SD card which they refunded me for. I’m grateful for the support which avoided having to send the whole device away and wait for another one. Support also provided a refund for the SD card. Ordinarily you wouldn’t have to replace the SD card

After months of research I finally decided on the BOBLOV M5 and right out of the box I found it ready to go and surprisingly easy to use, video quality is really good, so good that I find 1080p to be more than adequate and maximisees space. I got just over 10 hours filming at 1080p out of the battery. On plugging it in to my Mac with the supplied cable a folder appeared with all my clips ready to view or edit it is really that simple. The supplied car mount is pretty good and the 170 degree video capture is great. All in all a great body cam and a great dash cam. BOBLOV you smashed it!

Nice size. Instructions were very easy to understand. Does exactly what it says in description. Came on a nice box and packed neatly. Definitely recommend it to anyone who needs one for security jobs

When worn as a body camera bounces about, could do with anti vibration as the film can be a bit all over the place, works well when standing still. This camera works well as a camera in a vehicle, turns its self off after 10 minutes when on standby. Add strength to legal cases where videos / photo don’t lie like people do. There is a light on the camera which always acts as a warning to people. The fittings to your clothing could be a lot better.

Faulty battery after just a few months of use. Boblov support didn’t respond to my numerous requests for assistance so the 12 month warranty they provide is clearly worthless. BOBLOV = a waste of my time and money!

I think a go pro might have been a better choice. It's hard to attach it so that it holds up. Also it's hard to depress the record button, yet too easy to hit the panic button that embarrassingly alerts everyone around. In a true panic situation however that's not a bag thing. But it's placed near other function buttons, whilst wearing its hard to see what you're pushing, so pretty pointless. Good image quality and battery lasts well. As someone who professionally uses body cams, this product is overly complicated.

Great camera, has many features and easy to program. Heavier than other ones I have had, but the small pocket clip is really strong and holds in a ballistic vest really well. Camera quality is great and video quality including wide angle is very good. Worthwhile purchase. Had to go through three crappy cameras from competitors to find this company. Glad I did. I like the buttons on this bodycam, they are spaced well, and very easy to push and navigate, if yiou get any smaller ones the buttons can be harder to use, this no problem. I the dashcam kit was esy to setup and the resoltion is great up 1440 . made a recording to see, i think you will enjoy the amwera, had no issues.

Il pacco è arrivato integro. Qualità del prodotto è ottimo. I video sono super chiari e non presenta problemi di risoluzione. L'audio è super chiaro e non da problemi di disturbi durante il video. Se imposti bene le impostazioni della videocamera ti permette di regolare automaticamente la visione nottura se stai riprendendo di notte.

Es una cámara que con un precio contenido ofrece unas buenas prestaciones con el añadido geoposicional del GPS. Me gusta: Una buena batería de 4.000 ma. Tienes energía para muchas horas de grabación Capacidad de memoria (128GB) con grabación en bucle y segmentos de grabación de duración configurable. Pequeño tamaño y peso para sus prestaciones (yo la uso a veces con un adaptador de imanes para llevar en el pecho) Calidad de video configurable desde HD a SHD (30 ó 60 Hz.) No me gusta: No tiene estabilizador de imagen con lo que si la llevas pegada al cuerpo y grabas con baja resolución, apenas verás las matriculas de los vehículos así como vibración en la imagen, lo soluciono grabando en HD 1080. o superior. Mi experiencia con esta cámara es muy buena, la llevo conmigo cuando practico montañismo para documentar la actividad lo que unida al posicionamiento de las imágenes (GPS) puedo ver con toda exactitud el lugar en el mapa por donde me desplacé. A destacar, que al cabo de 14 meses tuve un problema con la cámara, sin embargo la respuesta del fabricante aparte de solucionarme el problema, fue inmediata con lo que no puedo estar más satisfecho.

Nu bijna 2 maand dagelijk in gebruik. Ideaal. Op 2k gecomprimeerd doet slaat hij tot ongeveer 3 weken op. Via een programma kun je de gps met beeld bekijken en downloaden op je pc/laptop. Heel scherp beeld bij stilstaan maar bij bewegen is het wel wat minder. Geluid is ook prima. Makkelijk in gebruik. Hij kan stil filmen, dus zonder dat iemand het ziet (geen verlichting/lampjes). Alleen infrarood zie je dan nog wel aan staan als je deze gebruikt. De bij behorende magneet houder, welke apart gekocht moet worden, is ideaal en sterk. Je stoot hem er niet zomaar af. Gebruik hem ook als dashcam. Ideaal.
