Love it!
I've had this a whole 12 hours and I'm so obsessed with it. It was not difficult to set up or use the interface like others have mentioned.if you're used to setting up your phones, computers, other electronics, this is really not that bad. I got the 50 inch for the corner of my living room to replace my old Samsung and it fits really nice in my space. I did not think I'd like the art mode as much as I do but I really love it. The picture is great and the sound is good. I got a turquoise frame separately to match the rest of my room and it looks very nice IMO. Update: it's been a few months and after an initial hiccup with the wifi connection on day two, it's worked perfectly ever since and I've really enjoyed it. We're a one tv household, none in the bedrooms or anywhere except the living area so we get a lot of use out of this. I love the rechargeable remote! Never have to worry about replacing or exploding batteries again! Anyway I highly recommend and could actually consider getting one for my bedroom with the wide variety of frames. Plain black doesn't go with any of my decor but being able to customize with my spaces is a huge draw.

Great TV!
This is the 3rd Frame TV I have bought in 4 years! This one replaced an 11-year-old Sony in my bedroom. I have the others on the wall in my office and the family room. The wall bracket is great! I love the apps shortcuts for streaming makes it so easy to watch anything. The picture quality is bright, and the colors are accurate and detailed. On the Frame side I posted a picture of my doggie I lost a few years ago. I also got the 700b soundbar and the sound it great especially with the spoken word enhancement and its ability to use the TV's speakers in addition to the soundbar, they call it the Symphony feature. The frame costs a little more but the ability to use it as a picture frame makes it look better in the room instead of a black screen when off. This 2022 model has a new anti-glare screen so in a bright room or lots of lights they don't reflect on the screen. It was difficult setting up with Alexa, but I finally got it to turn off and on and change channels with a command. I highly recommend this TV.

Shamefully Bad Software - Samsung Does NOT care
Don't buy this - it's a complete technical failure. It's a great idea that doesn't work because of poor design and incompetent execution. DEALBREAKER: There is a longstanding issue where the audio and video go out of sync and the result is so distracting that it makes viewing insufferable. No amount of reboots and software updates have made this permanently go away. I've researched this on Samsung's own online community and there are many people who have experienced the same issue going on for at least a year (to my knowledge). Worse, I found out that a friend of mine has an earlier model who says she experiences the same thing so it could be longer than a year and cross different models. It's a known issue, and Samsung has failed to fix it in an inexcusable amount of time. They do not care nor do they appear to have the technical expertise to address it. There are other issues too - the built-in TV apps crash all the time, and other functions freeze up and fail too. On top of that, setting up an art mode subscription was so arduous and bug-filled it took 5 months to successfully figure out a way to pay them, let that sink in, I wanted to pay THEM and they couldn't make a system to TAKE MY PAYMENT. Samsung: I WANT A REFUND. It's under a year old and it's useless. If you refuse to hire quality engineers and create products that don't work you cannot charge people, in this case, a premium, for the junk they put out.

Amazing TV but features not intuitive
Absolutely stunning TV, its been many years that I swore off Samsung because of their TERRIBLE interfaces. Setting this TV up was a reminder of why I swore off Samsung for so long! I purchased a 55" LG TV for my vacation home a few weeks ago, wow was it simple to setup and it did not miss a beat in the process. This Samsung had a number of hiccups in the setup process, but i made my way through it abandoning the auto setup and manually completing it. At one point it said I had a 50 meg download, and it would take several hours. I cancelled that, deciding to do it at the end instead, but when I was finished, it was not there any longer, so not sure I have the recent version. PROS: Amazing design, fits against a wall like a picture and the control box is tethered to the TV with a thin wire that allows placement at least 15 feet away. Picture quality and display of pictures is indeed like a piece of art on the wall. Mounting makes it easy to place on wall and level, but the template and instructions are very poor, however once you figure out what they are trying to tell you, its simple. CONS: settings to control functions of TV is VERY VERY BAD. Even LG is not that intuitive, but Samsung is FAR WORSE. Took me several days playing with settings to figure out how to keep artwork permanently on the screen. Artwork is VERY LIMITED. Unlike the LG where they include dozens of categories of art and then within an art category their might be a dozen artworks for a slideshow. On Samsung your lucky to get ONE single artwork for free. Everything else is pay for, and I cant even figure out if its PER art work or for a group. Again VERY BAD descriptions and intuitive interface. Worse the screen is LOADED (but so is LG) with advertisements for movies and such where you cant get rid of them. Sadly like all the so called "SMART" TVs, the menu systems and switching between things takes a lot of memorization. Finally, it seems a bit deceiving about the "art" frame. Its just a standard narrow bezel around the TV. If you want it to look like an artwork framed, then that is an OPTION, and it is NOT cheap. Prices for the most basic frames start around $350, which is actually no surprise if you've framed any art work lately, so its about the same as what it would cost you to frame a piece of art. I find it nice looking the way it came, since I've installed this on a fireplace wall. Summary: I would buy this again for the shear beauty of the TV. If you are looking for something that appears like art on your wall, then this is the TV you want. The very nature of the external control box is what makes it unique to attach to the wall and look like art.

Best splurge ever!
So far everyone has thought this was an actual painting! No one has a clue itโs a tv until the picture changes! I have it set up to switch every 3 minutes, with approximately 40+ pictures saved as my favorites. I like that you can also upload your own photos. One drawback is you have to pay a fee in order to access the full gallery. It was only $50 so I went ahead and paid for it.
