Can this be used to fill woodpecker holes in stucco?

Yes, but it won't last unless covered over, as can foam of any kind will break down from UV exposure over time. You can fill the hole with foam, then when it sets dig the hardened foam out to a depth of 1/4 inch or so and cover over with stucco patch.

Can this be used in hollow interior doors for sound proofing?

I don't think that would be a good idea. Even though this is minimally expanding, it expands enough that it would sure bow out the very thin skins of a hollow core door. Not only that, you would need several cans and would be better off putting that cost toward replacing with a solid core door.

Can this be used to seal a window to prevent water leaks?
