Great product, good price! Easy digestibility, no side effects for me. Because it's in capsules, there is no taste or aftertaste.

I’ve been using it for over 5 years and it really works; it has helped with my colon and my immune system.

Best I can tell, it's helpful. Don't expect it to cure the flu, but it's a great supplement to add in to your daily multi vitamin or vitamin stacks. I got a bottle of it to help me heal after hand surgery. Seems to have helped...though, hard to tell it it's psychosomatic or not. Regardless, feels like it's helped and for about $10 for a big bottle, it's worth my money.
