Excellent Laser Engraving Machine
A wonderful addition to my wood burning and wood craft equipment. Just because it is basic, does not lower the quality of the project outcome. In my opinion, it was well worth the money and been using it on regular occasions for craft works I've done.

I am extremely pleased with the Longer Ray5 Mini. It arrived on time and well packaged to avoid damage in transit. Excellent entry level machine priced right. I initially had a problem with the USB port, but Rayn at Longer Support was on it in a New York second and completely took care of business. Put me down as a satisfied customer, so much so that I added Longer's Air Assist product, as I plan on etching some slate soon.

Get what you paid for
The setup of the machine is complicated. Once that is figured out, the machine works great! You get what you pay for.

I don't get why people are having problems. i got it out of the box plugged it up. It connected with my phone right away. Just follow the given directions love tho

Great starting size for beginners
Bought as a gift for my dad. He loves it! Heโs thrilled to be able to label his wood working projects with his brand and can change up his notes. He appreciated the size, portability and durability. For the price he was thrilled.
