No not a genuine makita battery. But directed hooked up to my makita drill and impact driver

My battery quit working i need service. Where is contact info?

These are after-market items so if you don’t have any paperwork that has that information I doubt you will be able to get a replacement. Once the battery quits taking charge, it is not repairable.
