Knife is sharp and gets the job done love it

Good knife, nice and sharp.

I love Japanese knives bc they retain their sharpness and quality. This knife was a little bigger and a lot heavier than I thought but it's super sharp and so well made. I've seen other knives like this for triple the price. It comes with a tough leather case for storage. I gave it 4 stars bc of the size and weight. I have small hands and after using for prepping a meal, my hands were sore. Also, I had a hard time finding a storage space bc of the knife's size. I still highly recommend.

Sharp and works great

The only knife I carry in my camper. Good metal and handle for the price and looks great. It comes very sharp and sharpens backup when it finally does dull.

I love cooking and I believe having a good knife is important for a cook. I spent $$$ in quality knife’s but even with the quality knives it gets dull and needs sharpening. Recently, I decided I wanted a boning knife since I am always deboning meat. After looking on Amazon and reading many reviews. I decided on this particular knife, figured the price was cheap, reviews were good and the brand from other reviews I have read about it. Received today, couldn’t wait to test it out, I figured if it isn’t good, return it goes, nothing to lost. I have to say OMG, it cuts like butter, so smooth and easy. I just hope it stays sharp like this, which I highly doubt, all knives need sharpening after so many uses. But for the price, I am happy for now.

Knife is very sharp, and sheath is perfect. Not a cheap sheath, but well made and thought out to protect the tip and edge. I especially like the snap to hold the blade in place. This knife will be a gift for my son who has taken a real shining to filleting fish with my Huusk Damascus steel boning knife. I considered the boning knife for him, but lack of a sheath makes it less of a good choice for taking afar on fishing trips. I think this will be a present he holds dear rest of his years.

This knife is very sharp cannot complain about that. So sharp that it in fact went straight through my hand with very little pressure applied. Seems to be a good quality for the price.
