great microwave, only 1 miniscule issue
I LOVE this little microwave. It works just as you'd expect, tbh. It's soooo cute and fits in with the rest of my aesthetic perfectly. I'm totally going to be getting more nostalgia products in the future. This is exactly what I wanted. HOWEVER! I will say that the ONLY con is that you have to press the STOP button to open the door after using the microwave. That is quite literally the only thing about this microwave that irritates me lol. If you're looking at it - get it, worth it.

Not the Most Even Heat or Reliability, but Great Customer Service!
Esthetics over practicality, but I couldn't resist. (You'd think I'd learn my lesson after buying the red TV just because it was red.) It seemed rather flimsy when I got it. The tail of the A in the "Nostalgia" script was lifted up right out of the box, which was disappointing because I thought it was metal but it's malleable plastic. The handle is also plastic, but I didn't want to return it over that, so when glue didn't hold, I cut the tail end of the A off. Six months later it started acting up, light flashing, strange buzzing noises. See video. Customer service sent me a replacement. I sent them a video of what it was doing. Replacement was fast. My warranty on this will only carry until the original year is up, but that's ok. When it goes, I won't buy this brand again, no matter how much I love the looks. Not just because of how fast it started glitching out, but also because it had the most uneven heating I've ever seen in a microwave, and that's the case for both the original and the replacement. Too bad, because it's gorgeous, and customer service was great.
