This product did improve the appearance of crepe-y skin on my legs, and it got rid of the little bumps on the insides of my arms and on my shoulder blades, but I had to use it every night and it was probably most effective when I wore ankle length pj pants, and pj tops (not skimpy or short ones). Consistency is key with any of these skin-improving lotions or creams, and I have been lazy. If I were you I would keep it by your bed and apply it just before getting into bed for the night. It will probably take a couple of weeks for you to see a difference.

Cerave AM and PM are the best face lotions I’ve ever used. My dermatologist recommended it. The AM formula has sunblock in it and the PM I use at night is very moisturizing.
