You can really taste the wonderful flavor that comes from the perfectly toasted, golden strands. The beautiful golden color and satisfying crunch make it extra special! I originally considered making kataifi myself, but after trying this product, I realized it is much easier and more convenient to purchase it already prepared. It saves so much time and avoids all the extra hassle and mess—and the quality is excellent! This was my first time ordering kataifi, and I purchased it specifically to make Dubai chocolate. It turned out amazing! However, I can already see that there are so many other delicious ways to use it. You could add it to ice cream or yogurt, sprinkle it over cakes and desserts, use it as a crunchy topping for cheesecake, layer it into parfaits, or enjoy it with pistachio cream, chocolate, honey, or other sweet spreads. Kataifi
I bought this kataifi to make homemade Dubai chocolate and it worked perfectly! It was already toasted and shredded, which made it very easy to use. It has a nice crunchy texture and tastes delicious mixed with pistachio cream. The 7 oz package is a good amount too. I would definitely buy it again!
