This is the best product on this price range on Amazon, I have tested 2 others that they had issues and I decided to spend 20$ more and I donโt regret it. Smooth and sturdy!

Great Product
I had purchased another cutter prior and it was awful. This one was perfect. Love the case it comes in. The replacement wires are measured and made to just pop on. Cuts like hot knife through butter. I am more than pleased with this item. I am making foam cutouts for my daughters baby shower and couldnt be happier.

Only worked for 6 months
BEWARE - stopped working after about 6 months. It's a great "intro to the hobby" hot wire cutter. Worked great at the start, comes with multiple attachments, just doesn't last. Attachments and power cord plug are delicate. It turns on, then off immediately. Wiggle the attachment / plug and it turns on / off, won't stay on. Frustrating. Messaged the company, who said the warranty is only 1 month. Again - it works, but only for 6 months. Good introductory product.

Slow your roll on cutting thick foam.
Great for the cost, cuts a little slowly through 2" foam and the metal rod bends easily, but otherwise very solid device.

It works great
Got this for my husband he makes pieces for my Christmas village out of styrofoam. It comes with a handy case and different tools for different types of jobs. Not a great picture but this done with the cutter.
