How can I use a broken item?
I am having troubles in returning this item! Please help me!. I have press twice the bottom to return item and it send me to contact the manifacture directly! I bought this item as I though Loreal is a great brand, well I was so sad when after taking all the wrapper I finaly open the item only to find out that is broken! Please help me. I would like a refund or a replacement pls! Pls beware that the issue I had was with the seller that supplied the indigo color. The blue one is in perfect condition and I highly recommended. ( The blue one was supply by a different company).
