works great and very responsive.
I have the Roku stick and this one is nicer, faster. Also features an ethernet jack plus a usb so you can connect your drive to playback local videos. My TV's app didn't support some newer apps and was also getting very laggy. So I bought this to use. The remote has the voice features to save you from typing, and has a usb-c plug to charge it. The older version has micro-usb which I try to avoid buying anything with micro-usb.

Works great!
Have a hisense google tv. Picture has been great but interface/operation system was so frustratingly slow. This little box programmed to our tv and denon receiver in a flash. Very fast operation speed and has a user friendly remote that lights up when you pick up remote! No more AA batteries here either. Charges off a usb Type C included! This box saved us time and money over replacing the few year old TV.

Was glitchy - has gotten much better with updates
Nice upgrade from the previous older one I had Bit glitchy at times - seemed to of gotten better with updates USB-C Chargeable remote is super nice and works even while charging - caveat it discharges quicker than older battery ones - just plug it in and when unplugged screen shows you %

Great
Love the rechargeable remote. Great picture and much faster than the Roku stick. Easy to set up. Great channel selection.

Returning....
This unit was ready to go, out of the box. But it was stuck in a loading "loop" and would only allow you to watch TV for a few minutes before rebooting. This product is being returned

Must for Smart TV users.
This is my next go to after Apple TV. It works out very well and Roku has continued to improve the UI.

Not that great !
Didn't work well setup my new tv. And every time the power goes out I have to set it up all over again. The older model works better.
