I have been drinking this most days as my morning caffeine for about 2 years. Unlike coffee I do not get a crash from this. I mix two scoops with water and drink it along with my breakfast meal. I am very pleased with the flavor. It gives me enough energy to start the morning. And green tea is so good for you. Zero calories and zero sugar! Unlike coffee which I need to add creamer to (added calories). I hope they always make this product.

I drink first thing in the morning and/or before a workout. It gives me a good boost of energy in the mornings or before a workout. Lasts a while, and I use it daily. It has helped me with fatigue and feeling good to workout and run. It’s easy to pour into my water, but I find it’s easier to put into a water bottle I can shake it vs in a cup to mix it. It does affect my stomach a little to be more “gassy”, but not terrible. I’m sure that’s the component to help with weight management. My weight has been consistent and worked well for me.

I had high hopes for this product because many many years ago Amino Acids was apart of my health regiment. So I bought it. I walk 2.73 miles 4 times a week and thought a bit more pick me up with a slight appetite suppressant is what was needed to get me out of the “stuck” weight management zone. Here’s my experience. Day 1, I didn’t notice extra energy, but I experienced what I term “a slight cramp” sensation around my heart while walking, as well as a suppressed appetite. Day 2, same slight heart cramp while walking, appetite suppression, severe bloating, and approximately 5 hours after consumption, I almost passed out. It came on suddenly and out of nowhere. If I could return this product, I would. Please be careful with this product!

I like this pre work out powder. It is one of the cleanest i could find here in Dubai. I add a scoop to my unflavoured clear whey protein and drink it at the gym whilst i workout. It is quite sweet but they all seem to be.

Absolutely love this product. I noticed a very quick difference in my energy and mental focus. Has also helped me cut back on drinking tea and coffee. I have two scoops every morning and it gets me through my entire day. Has a lovely taste too. I’ve already bought a second container and got my friends onto it ! They also love it.

It gives the extra boost you need during work out and suppress craving for a while after work out. I removed one star because it gives me bloating and makes me really hungry hours after workout.

Updated review: I bought it five times. The two first times the formula looked different, like a pinker color. Now it's kind of chalky mixed with pink dots, and I find it sweeter. I cannot make my mix with two scoops anymore because it's too sweet for me. So I use one scoop instead. I also noticed that the smell changed - and not for the better, in my opinion. I still get the punch for my workouts though. I just wish it didn't change. I mix it with Rise & Shine before going to the gym. I love it. I love the flavor, it is an amazing punch for my workout.
