Question 1

How much caffeine is in AminoLean?

Accepted Answer

One 2-scoop serving of AminoLean has 125mg of naturally sourced caffeine from green tea extract and organic matcha, about the same as a cup of coffee and less than half a typical high-stimulant pre-workout.

Question 2

Will AminoLean give me jitters or a crash?

Accepted Answer

No. The 125mg of green tea-derived caffeine in AminoLean comes on gradually over about 20-30 minutes and tapers off instead of dropping out from under you. No jitters is one of the most common themes across 30,000+ reviews.

Question 3

When should I take AminoLean?

Accepted Answer

Take AminoLean 20-30 minutes before a workout, or any time of day you want clean energy. Because the caffeine comes from green tea rather than a harsh synthetic stimulant, it is not limited to pre-workout use.

Question 4

Does AminoLean contain artificial colors, flavors or sugar?

Accepted Answer

No. AminoLean contains zero sugar and no artificial colors or flavors. The color comes from beets and spirulina!

Question 5

How do I mix AminoLean?

Accepted Answer

Mix 1-3 scoops of AminoLean into 8-10 oz of cold water. It dissolves clear with no grit or foam. A shaker bottle, or any bottle you can shake, mixes faster and more evenly than stirring in an open cup.

Question 6

Will AminoLean make me tingle or itch?

Accepted Answer

No. AminoLean is purposely formulated with natural caffeine from green tea and a measured dose of beta-alanine to avoid the tingly or itchy skin feeling you would get from some high-dose pre workouts. Reviewers consistently report no tingles.

Question 7

Can I drink AminoLean on days I don't work out?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many customers drink AminoLean on rest days as a morning coffee replacement, a mid-afternoon pick-me-up at their desk, or clean energy for night shifts, long drives, and study sessions.

Question 8

Is AminoLean vegan, gluten-free and keto-friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. AminoLean is vegan, with amino acids from plant-based fermentation. Zero sugar and zero carbs fit keto and low carb diets. It contains no gluten in its ingredients.

Question 9

How does AminoLean support weight management?

Accepted Answer

AminoLean includes CLA, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, green tea extract standardized to 50% EGCG, and green coffee bean extract to support natural weight management as part of a calorie-controlled diet and exercise program.
