Need help with battery life, my ring won't hold a charge.
After just 4 months, my battery will only hold charge for 20 hours. It's actually on charger longer than I can wear it at this point. Very disappointing and unable to contact them for guidance.

Doesn’t work
The ring is comfortable, but it doesn’t work. It constantly says the device has malfunctioned, and doesn’t track sleep, heart rate, or any other vitals. The battery also only lasted about 3 days.
