I Am VERY pleased with Country Life Choline & most certainly desire to share these results & knowledge with the/our global brutha's & sistah's. It's clean no titanium dioxide nor aluminum anything...no other harmful byproducts..therefore absolutely safe for the body & the body's systems know exactly what to do w/this chemical & so uptake is quick. Choline works well for cognition & nervous-electrical system. I have a parent who has neuropathy, restless leg syndrome & hand tremors. I add this Choline with 1-2 caps of N-Acetyl-L-Cystene (this creates what I'm after AcetylCholine which is the main chemicals nerves must have for proper function & health) & w/in 45mins hand tremors stop...after a couple days restless leg syndrome stops & neuropathy keeps declining. This Chemical is vital for good neurological function & I've been buying this product for the past 2-3yrs & have directed a considerable number of ppl to this Country Life Choline on Amazon. Trustworthy solid product & company. Order arrived impressively quickly...I applaud another good company who has combined with Amazon.

This choline is not only noticeably effective for me (I've tried a few different brands, on-line and in pharmacies/grocery stores), but the container is sweet, and looks like an old styling. The product is great. For what is advertised (650mg of choline per pill) you get what you pay for, and it's premium product, in my opinion. As to the packaging, it not only came delivered in good condition, but even after opening, I love the amber bottle. These can be reused for any light-sensitive medications or long-term storage. Adding to the good style, I like the label, it seems like something that might have been on the shelves in the 70s, but apparently it still works, because they seem to get the sales they need. I guess "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"... A+ Recommendation. This is, IMO, top 3 choline products (my #1 at the moment).

The listing says 650mg, but that is 650 of Choline Bitartrate, which is effectively 293mg of Choline. So this is not as good a deal as it seems. Besides this caveat, what more can you say about a pill? I've switched to Soy Lecithin, which provides about as much Choline per dollar (bought in bulk) along with some other nutrients. I only use this if I forget to put the lecithin in what I'm eating, or if the day's cuisine doesn't go with lecithin. I find the lecithin makes whatever I'm eating more filling and satisfying. Can't say that about a pill.

In my 20's I used to take this product as part of my regiment when I was into weight lifting. Now in my 40's I am once again taking this product because as the body ages, it becomes deficient in certain nutrients. My last blood work came back with border-line high liver enzymes in my blood. After doing a little research, I discovered it was quite possible I am deficient in choline. I remembered this product from my 20's and liked it then so I've started using it again. I like the tart taste mixed with cranberry juice. I have high aspirations that my next blood test results will be better after taking this product.
