This is a great product. I am sometimes bothered with dermatitis, and find it difficult getting make up remover products that remove make up successfully without irritating my skin. Having not tried Elemis before, I chose to go for the unscented balm instead of a scented one. I was very impressed with the results. My skin felt soft and hydrated after use, all traces of make up were removed ( even waterproof mascara ) my skin didn’t sting after use and I had no red blotches appear next day.. . This product is now part of my daily skin care, and I wished I had tried it a lot sooner

Superb product. Very gentle to your skin, you can use it to clean mascara from your eyes and it doesn’t irritate them. I’m very satisfied with this product.

This cleansing balm is amazing. It melts away makeup and leaves your skin so soft, yet not greasy. It smells great too - I have very sensitive skin and a sensitive sense of smell, neither one were bothered by this product. When you stagger home after a night of dancing and think you’re too tired to wash your face, you will see this balm sitting there and be excited to “treat” yourself to a clean, moisturized face!

This cleanser balm is definitely by the best one I ever tried. I have tried it by accident when I was given a sample in some cosmetic shop and I was totally sold! It removes the make up really well, it's super smooth and leaves the skin really soft. I also use it every other day just to clean the face in the evening! I really recommend it! I am usually very money conscious but this is worth every single penny ! I have very sensitive skin and rosacea and this balm suitable my skin very well !
