I found my new favorite flavor. The orange and vanilla and paired well but can taste both notes or flavors. It’s so delicious. Doesn’t mix orange. It’s a cloudy whitish clear color which I like. (No stain!) value for money is decent. I wish these were a little less expensive but worth it for me so I’ll continue. I’ve used other flavors but this one is amazing. It mixes well in water shaken and no clumps. Side effects for me are none that I know except I feel hydrated faster. All you do is open a bottle of water (I use 16 oz) and take a sip to give a bit of room for shaking and open with scissors or tear and pour. So it’s simple on the go and idk much about ingredients but I can tell you for me this has no weird aftertaste and it’s effective with the electrolytes. Get this if you’re suffering from summer thirst or some other reason. Flavor I got was orange vanilla dream. It’s great. Pic for reference of no color (no staining!)

I grabbed the Orange Vanilla flavor for a long hike and was pleasantly surprised. It tastes exactly like a creamsicle popsicle — sweet and creamy without being artificial — and dissolves really well in water with just a quick shake, no grit left behind. What really stood out was how hydrated I felt both during and after the hike. No mid-hike energy slump at all. Definitely restocking this flavor for my next trip.

My husband tried the orange cream flavor after a night of heavy drinking. He said it tastes good but has a little bit of a “medicine” aftertaste. You get a lot for what you pay for. There was no mention of any side effects. It works well, he was pretty good by noon. Super easy to use and it got here fast.

seriously, this one, Mango, Strawberry, and Pina Colada are my go-to flavors! Personally, I use only 1/2 stick in my 40 oz Thermos, which is plenty flavorful! It mixes in super well, no graininess, no weird taste. I just stir it in with a straw. I have problems drinking straight up water, so I need something to mix in. And, unlike some others like DripDrop, this isn't salty tasting ( you know what I mean?) I feel super hydrated too! As far as the price goes, yes, it's pricey, but really it's the one I have no issues with. From flavor to everything already mentioned!

An effective IV drink. A nice tasting flavour but unlike some of the others, it leaves an after-taste which makes me feel even more thirsty after drinking. I do like the taste a lot though, so will purchase again

Very flexible product. I use personally for golf in Texas, the added electrolytes really help you stay hydrated in the heat. I also get them for my Mother who doesn’t drink as much fluids as she should so the added boost helps her get the necessary fluids. Overall, very pleased.
