I had two trees in my backyard that needed cutting down, and I kept debating whether to buy a gas or electric chainsaw. In the end, the gas chainsaw didn't disappoint—though I did run into a bit of trouble during setup. Installing the chain took some time because it kept getting loose after I put it on, but thankfully, I finally got it sorted. I even specially bought bar and chain oil, then mixed the gas according to the tutorial video. When it finally started up, it was totally worth it! What makes the gas chainsaw perfect for me is that it runs as long as it has fuel, and its power far surpasses an electric saw. It's surprisingly simple to operate, and thanks to its strong performance, cutting trees went way faster compared to the electric one I borrowed! The only downside? It's much louder than an electric saw—but I don’t care about that. As long as it gets the job done well, that’s all that matters!

As a saw expert I like to check aftermarket once in a while and just see how bad of a comparison they are to higher named brand saws. I own quite a few saws, both aftermarket and brand named. And unfortunately it is a hit and miss with this aftermarket stuff. This particular saw brand is not a good design. A quality defect where the hole on the bar does not line up with the chain tensioner and is in no way on being safely modified. The tensioner tooth is off about a good quarter of an inch above the hole on the bar. Another thing is it’s a lot heavier than what it was advertised for. And it is not returnable to amazon which I knew going ahead with the purchase. Along with that, the return policy on these things are a real pain. So in the long run, I would stick with brand name saws. The rest of the saw is nice, the engine has decent power, but what separates the two is the better branded companies pay more to have quality products. Where other companies just cut corners, run a specific product line out of production until parts are no longer in their inventory, file bankruptcy and run under another name and do it all over again. It makes them cheaper, but not reliable.

Good saw, saw the price couldn't resist i already have more premium stihl 20 inch chainsaw, (not currently working). Bought this saw, a day or so after buying read some reviews thought about canceling but I had a landscaping gig so couldn't. Saw performed amazingly, my only "issue" is some parts feel cheap like the chain stopper locking thing. Other then that wasn't a fan of the tension placement but its grown on me. I recommend this saw

I mean for around $110 out the door to get this chainsaw is a pretty decent deal. I do alot of tree work for my job and all that I use is shtil which lets he honest is one of the best. I bought this saw for around my house and cutting up logs as a back up saw. The chain/bar set up is a dumb design thats what took the longest setting up the saw when I got it. The adjustment for the chain is my main concern of breaking so we will see. Besides that it fired right up from the box and cut through handful of logs I was testing it on just fine. For a little over $100 for a chainsaw with a 20" bar is a great deal. Just have to see how long the chainsaw holds up and last

Wow. This chai saw cuts through trees better than any chainsaw we have ever owned. Starts right up each time we use it. We have dropped several tall (50-80+ ft tall) and wide trunked and the longest it took us was 1 minute 28 seconds to drop the largest one. Most were less than a minute. We love the power behind it. We will be purchasing another one to have on hand to cut the fallen trees into firewood sized chunks to split.

My husband loved this saw. He uses it to trim and shape the trees in our backyard and side yard. When our trees started growing bigger, it became a headache for us, but this saw made it so much easier. He’s saved a lot of money by cutting and shaping the trees himself. Highly recommend!

This is DEFINELTY NOT a professional chainsaw and is on the low end of quality and material it is made from but the MOST important thing to know that it is a 25:1 gas mix which is a HUGE INCONVEIENCE and sign of the cheap quality of this product. Most every other decent quality mixed gas piece of equipment runs at a 40:1 gas mix in todays world. This seller conveniently leaves this information out of their product description and only buries this information at the end of their instruction manual. Then on top of it you CAN NOT RETURN it even if you've never used it. Be warned and know this before you spend your hard earned money.

Starts easy runs very well.is the loudest chain saw I’ve ever owned and it goes through gas pretty fast but I would buy it again
