I really like this mop with one complaint, the water reservoir runs out quickly. I have had a few different steam mops and each was good with some issues. Most of them lasted through the entire process. This one on high runs out in a small area 6x8 ft. I was surprised as I had just started and it was already empty. Otherwise I really love that it comes with attachments and is a multi use tool. It comes with two pads. Cleans well, and is hot enough to kill germs without chemicals. Easy to use

This 12-in-1 steam mop works really great cleaning the floors in my house. It's very versatile and comes with multiple attachments. It includes a measuring cup to fill it up with water, an ironing brush, a window cleaning tool, a round & flat brush, an angle nozzle, a large round brush, a scraping tool and an extra mop head. This steam mop is very easy to assemble and use. It's also lightweight. It only uses tap water and no cleaning chemicals are required. It heats up very quickly. I've used it on the tile floors in my kitchen and dining room, my hardwood floors in my living room and it can also clean carpets as well. The additional attachments allow you to clean your shower, glass, mirrors, garments, upholstery, etc. I would highly recommend this product and I'm very happy with this purchase.

Works great! I bought this for a manufacturing facility, and it got some pretty tough oil and mud stains out of the floor. Easy to put together, easy to use, heats up super quickly and, even though it looks like the size of the water canister wouldn't enable it to last for long, it lasted through two entire rooms before it needed a refill. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is that the mop pad doesn't seem to stay on very well. The velcro-like fixtures secure it fairly loosely, so the front part bunches up when you mop due to the weight of the device and the friction between the pad and the floor.

It heats up really quickly and adjustable steam settings are a great feature with its Led display. The steam mop is lightweight and has a pretty long cord which makes it easier to navigate throughout the rooms. Very easy to use and effective.

This product is wonderful! It is lightweight, convenient, and works like a charm. Thanks to us hosting Thanksgiving, I had to use the steamer before we had guests and twice after they left! It holds a great amount of water, and having 3 different steam settings is wonderful. We have hardwood, tile, and carpeted floors and have used all 3 settings with excellent results. I was able to do all of our kitchen, dining room, and entry without unplugging as the cord was logn enouth. When it gets warmer out I will be using it on my car with the small attachments.
