Family favorite snack
Amazing healthy and delicious snack! We are obsessed with these in our family. They are good for all ages, from my toddler to my 7 year old daughter to my husband and I. We all enjoy and super easy to snack on.. from soccer games, to school pickups to park dates. We love them and highly recommend them.

So good & filling, tiny blueberry muffins
These taste so good and 4 which is a serving is very filling with my coffee and to take my medicines.. my stores around me can’t keep these in stock so I have to keep ordering online .. they r soft , the seeds r crunchy.. they taste like blueberry muffins

Moist & Flavorful Treat
The blueberry and sunflower seed flavor tastes so good. It is so yummy that as soon as I tried I ordered another package. It is a perfect snack with a glass of almond milk .

Healthy snack, but very chewy.
My daughter was giving these to her kids, and i had never seen these before. She gave me one to try and i liked it. I purchased some for myself. I like to eat healthy food and these are healthy, but they are kinda chewy, so i didn't like that about these snack bites. I have TMJ so anything chewy is a no no for me. Must have water nearby as well because they are also dry (but still good). I also saw these at my local grocery store and they are way more expensive, like 3 dollars more, where as on amazon they are cheaper. I would just have them as an occasional snack due to them being chewy. Good quality, not stale when opened. You can take them anywhere and they don't melt in the heat. So i would recommend these, if you are wanting a quick snack.
