I can't recall the last time I got so excited about an Amazon purchase. I apparently can't do math, because I thought what I ordered was double the amount in a jar of PB2, but it was closer to 4x the amount for only double the price. This powder has a slightly more roasted taste than PB2 does. It has no problem mixing into baked goods or shakes. And the scoop- it has a slight taper, so the powder doesn't get stuck in it and slides out easier. Highly recommend.

Good for baking and cooking; a bit bland on its own but adds a nice, nutty flavour and respectable protein content to recipes without so much of the fat and calories present in real peanut butter. If you're expecting the excellent palatability and flavour of "peanut butter" you will be sorely disappointed. But this is 80% as good, for 30% of the calories, so it is a great substitute.

I love the peanut powder flavor and consistency. I love the value. Over time, opening and closing the zip lock bag, the zip lock became harder to close. So I used an empty tub from a different protein powder and transfer your peanut powder into it. Minor inconvenience. I get that the value you provide is in part due to your cost saving measures, so I wouldn't recommend you change those. I wanted to be sure I remembered where the peanut powder came from so as you can see I decorated the tub I used. 😬 Keep up the good service you provide your customers. 👏🏼👍🏼

Product has a better taste than PB2 pure, I think because it is roasted instead of raw peanuts. Roasting also reduces aflatoxins. This is a solid defatted peanut flour. Again better than PB2 pure (bland mealy taste because not roasted) and pbfit (overly dry processed taste plus it has artificial sweetener). This product is not as good Norcal organic peanut powder but I havent bought that in 5+ years, price on that product is 2.5x what it was back then. Micro is a solid substitute though. Will update my review if future batches decrease in quality.

After using some very nasty peanut butter powders in the past, and usually using ones with added salt and sugar, I was scared to try this. But for a very good price, it offers pure powder with no additives, and the peanut taste is very authentic and good-tasting. Very high in protein and good bang for your buck as well. My only complaint is that the bag won't stay closed so I had to relocate it into a ziplock.
