Will this cleaning solution freeze if you leave it in your vehicle in the winter?

Yes it did in Chicago Zero weather even in center glove box. Also does not stop foggy lenses when below walking inyo store from car in below freezing temperatures. It cleans, it freezes and does not stop fogged up lenses.

Helps for defogging purposes?

No it will not. Your lenses will have to be coated with a defogger when you purchased your glasses.

What do you do after you get grease and grime on the cloths?

If you have the Crizal coating on your lenses, do NOT use regular detergent or dish/hand soap to wash the microfiber cloth- it will remove the coating. Use Woolite or get a new cloth. My optician told me not to use a towel or a shirt to wipe the lenses for the same reason. And papertowels and tissues are also damaging to the Crizal coating.
