Bought these based on the reviews and have to say this product does not disappoint. Great value that they come in a 4 pack, easy to mould and had the most comfortable sleep in months. Used to have a dentist cast one which was over £200, so for this to be such a good fit has saved me so much money and helps me get a good sleep.

I bought this mouth guard as my tongue was putting pressure at the back of my front teeth at night. This mouth guard has stopped all that because the material of the mouth guard means the tongue hasn't got that room to travel, plus the guard covers the teeth completely, so added protection there too. The mouth guard itself makes a very good impression of the teeth, easy to wear, and it leaves a fresh taste in the mouth. Excellent value for money. For me, this is one of the best products I have ever purchased on Amazon.

Don’t bother. Save your money, unless you have a penchant for gagging, then this is the product for you. Too big, hard, clumsy, feels uncomfortable and unnatural in your mouth. Bought for TMJ problem for stress, the perils of going through a divorce with a narcissist, but ended up getting a night guard from the dentist. I suggest this as a better option. 💕

Having been prescribed a dentist made mouth guard to protect my upper teeth from grinding and using it for around 18 months it was starting to look a bit worse for wear. My dentist made mouth guard cost almost £150 so I began to look around at alternatives to see if they were useable in lieu of purchasing another custom made guard. I am happy to say this product has been excellent. There appears to be 2 guards in 4 different sizes in the box. There are (2) narrow and (2) wide versions of the small size and (2) narrow and (2) wide versions of the large size. Looking at my existing custom guard the large, wide size looked like the correct size for me. This does mean there are a number of "wasted" guards (6) in the box but maybe these could be donated to friends and family! Moulding the guards worked well but timing and temperature are critical. The first guard I moulded at 80 degrees celsius for about 16 seconds, the moulding on this first guard is not quite as good as the second one I tried at 80 degrees for 20 seconds, this was a lot softer so when I used my tongue to push the guard up (as described in the included instructions) it removed the bulky/sharper edges from the guard. I also squeezed my cheeks (externally, with the guard in place) to soften and shape the edges on the outside of the guard. The result was one guard with tooth impressions but still a lot of bulk and a second very well fitting guard. I haven't trimmed either guard, deciding to use them as they are to see how comfortable they were first. After using them nightly for a few weeks I haven't had to make any alterations despite the guards feeling a little bulky (due to their thickness they will never be as comfortable as a custom moulded guard, something the instructions are clear to point out) but I have grown used to them and don't have any trouble wearing the guard all night. One other thing I've noticed, sometimes when using my dentist made guard it would make my teeth ache by the morning, I put this down to the moulding being so tight that they almost work as a set of braces/retainer which pushes my teeth back to the moulded position each night. This product does not do this since the moulding is nowhere near as tight. This could be an advantage or a disadvantage dependent on your mindset. If you are debating whether to spend the money on an expensive dentist made guard I would say it is certainly worth trying these out, whilst they don't feel as "invisible" as a custom guard I have got used to them quite quickly and am happy to have saved a significant amount of money.

I bought these as my previous mouth guard had worn through (nhs). Was very easy to do. You trim to size the place in boiled water then when you lift it out you mould it to your teeth. I had to make some adjustments but can be reheated and cooled repeatedly. Been wearing it for weeks with no problem. Better than nhs ones and I have spares.

I thought I would try these as my dentist says I grind my teeth at night. The moulding procedure was simple but I had to trim them quite a bit to stop me from gagging. They are quite thick and I found my sleep quite disturbed when I used them. Unfortunately not for me but glad I tried them.

I'd give these guards 6 stars if I could. By far the easiest to mould to fit I've ever used, many times easier than sports guard of which I've tried and used many. Once fitted I trimmed with sharp scissors. I sleep all night through no problems and no biting my own tongue. Comfy, easy to use, easy to clean. 10 out of 10 product.

About me: I grind my teeth at night. I used to get mouth guards made by the dentist, but one year when I needed a new one, I couldn't get an appointment for the next 6 months so looked for alternative options. I've now been using these for several years and never looked back. Comfort: They're slightly thicker and spongier than the dentist ones, but I haven't found it to be a problem and sleep fine with it in. I think they took a few nights to get used to at first, but so did the dentist ones. Just keep shoving it back in your mouth when you spit it out and you eventually get used to it 😅. They're much easier to make than the dentist ones. I used to call up the dentist, make an appointment, wait for the appointment (usually a few weeks), physically go to the dentist, let them fill my mouth with gross goo, wait 2 weeks for the lab to make it and then attend a second appointment for them to "fit" the new mouth guard. Now, I keep a stock of these so I always have some ready to go. When one starts to split, I stick a new one in a mug of hot water for 15 seconds, then I stuff it in my mouth for about 10 seconds, then it's done 👏. If that was the last one I press "buy again" on Amazon and someone resupplies me. What a relief! Durability & cost effectiveness: Each one lasts me 2-3 months with my level of night time grinding before starting to split at the sides. The dentist-made ones lasted about 9 months, but cost about 40x as much per mouth guard (because I get 4 of these in a pack, making them about £2.50 each). This works out at about a 90% cost reduction on the professionally made ones, when taking the reduced durability into account. Protection: Seems to do a good job of stopping my teeth from getting ground into smithereens as well. Haven't had any problems since using these, just replace it when it starts splitting. Conclusion: Some people haven't been as successful as me, but at a significant cost reduction from the dentist, it's probably at least worth a try first.
