使いやすい
ストレッチの時に膝や肘の下に置いて使うのにちょうどよいサイズと厚さです。持ち運びや片付けもしやすくて良いです。

充分な厚みとクッション
厚さ的には、充分に膝の保護にはなっています。 私は膝が悪いので、それでも痛い時はバスタオルなどを敷きますが、普通にヨガで使う分には充分だと思います

少々持て余す為ハサミでカットしリュックに忍ばせています（弧を描く様に収容しリュックの形状保持にも一役買う）。グレーやブラックと異なり風景に溶け込まない色が置き忘れ防止にも繋がり好都合。買って良かったです。

凹みやすい。
コロコロをやるように買いましたが、膝一点で使うと重さに耐えられないのか、凹んできます。 それでもプニプニしてるので、問題なく使えてはいます。
