OWLN Ergonomic High Back Mesh Office Chair with Adjustable Headrest and Armrest Desk Chair

It took about seven days to deliver the chair to me because it sent from California. The whole assembly is relatively simple, there are instructions in it, and it is convenient to assemble according to the instructions. It took about 30 minutes to assemble the chair, and 10 minutes of it was spent installing two screws. The turnbuckle at the armrest is not easy to install, and the rest is simple. The chair is a typical office chair with a little bit stiff seat. I use the computer for a long time every day, my last chair is really soft, so I feel sore after sitting there for a long time, but I feel that the waist and head are not uncomfortable when i sit this chair, and the design is very reasonable. The armrests can be freely lowered or raised. Overall, it is worth recommending.

The quality of the chair is good and feels sturdy for the most part. The lumbar support is great and the mesh feels great when it gets warm. The headrest is low but it works fine for a person that is 5'- 5'7. My plastic cover for the gas lift was broken but it isn't noticeable and it doesn't change anything about the chair. The chair starts to make clanking sounds sometimes when you move the chair but it doesn't mean that it's broken. That happens with chairs in this price. Overall the chair is good.

This is an inexpensive chair. I was hoping to get get a couple years out of it while I saved up for a proper long term office chair like a Steelcase or Haworth. I keep the hex key on my desk to tighten up the bolts once a week. After three months the fabric material seems to be holding up to daily use. The padding is firm, not uncomfortable, but not up to 8+ hour days. The biggest issue is the five armed caster base. You can see it in the picture, the point where the wheels connect is not actually vertical. That puts stress on the casters. Recently one of the casters broke, the plastic body broke in half. I bought rollerblade style casters as replacements, hoping the metal bodies on those would hold up. They are working better, but now my chair makes a creaking noise as the metal of the caster base is cutting into the metal pin on the replacement casters. I doubt this will last more than a year. I am an adult man, this item would probably be better for a smaller person.

Bought for a birthday gift. Now I can't even sit in it.I assembled it in less than half an hour with minimal assistance from the included instructions.The seat is roomy and very comfortable. The back, neck and lumbar support is really great. It is mesh so I'm not sure how long it will last but for now and for more than a year it is till great.The rollers and height adjustment are more than adequate and it fits easily under the desk keyboard shelf.She was skeptical when it arrived. Now she won't even allow me to sit in it. When I get myself a new workstation I'll have to get my own.

First of all - let me clarify, I only put 1 star because I was required to. If allowed, it would've been none. I cannot even begin to describe how unhappy I am with this chair. We bought it for my husband (who now works from home in June) and it was broken by September. The left arm broke so badly that it could not be repaired, despite several attempts to do so. I tried on two separate occasions to reach out to the company to inquire if we could even buy additional parts to fix the chair - no response either time! I am so angry that during this COVID crisis, when so many families work from home, that this company couldn't be bothered to play their part. I want a full refund but I guarantee that no matter how much I protest or write, I will *still* never be responded to - even with a small apology for the shoddy product.In case I'm being unclear - do not buy this chair, do not expect customer service support from the company. Oh and I'd like a refund for buying what is basically now garbage.

Lasted about 1 year before the armrest connection to the base plastic snapped. The armrest attaches the back of the chair to the bottom base, so basically now the chair doesn't sit straight up. Get that the chair isn't terribly expensive, but for only about a year of use... not a great deal imo

I spend 10 hours per day at a desk in this chair. I've had it for about two weeks and it is very comfortable. The back gives great support and I love that I can bend up the arms to push the chair under my desk at the end of the day.I also want to compliment the wonderful customer service. When my chair first came in I got a bad hydraulic. I reached out to the company, within 12 hours I had a response letting me know a new hydraulic was already on the way, and I received it within two days! Knowing that my issue was handled so quickly and easily, I would highly recommend this chair and company to anyone.

The chair only adjusts up/down. The only thing holding me up are 4 screws on each side, along the side (strange design). I am hopeful it will hold me I am a heavy set person, this chair makes me paranoid.I am thankful for the extra parts I cross-threaded 2 screw trying to align everything. The material on the chair is comfy, and I believe its made from any one about 5'4" - 5'8" since the head piece does not move up or down. I feel like if I would spent another 50 dollars I could of gotten something more adjustable and sturdy.
