it fits my M5 pump but it still leaks! not as much but you still need to make sure not to bend so it doesnt leak ๐ฅฒ

Seamless Fit for Momcozy Brand
Exactly what I needed. Works great for the Momcozy V1 pro. Originally the breast pump comes with only 17 mm, 19mm and 21mm flanges which were to big. However these 15 mm flanges fit seamlessly in the breast pump. Will buy again when needed.
