Sorry I am not familiar with this product nor could I find it on the internet. The Sterimar products are sterile and are essentially simply sodium chloride solution (salt). Although there are some variations that contain e.g. copper. Therefore they are safe to use. I use my spray daily and do not have any problems. It can sting a little if my nose is irritated.

No, I am sorry, it only relieves congestion in the Nasal passages. You may need an inhaler from your GP to relieve congestion in the Chest, sorry!
