Happy so far, though only 475GB of usable space
Wanted to replace my 256GB system disk with something a bit larger. Cloned my drive using DiskGenius. Swapped in the 512GB disk (which actually has only 475GM of usable space on my Windows 10 PC), and everything is working great. Not sure where the other 37GB of space went, but it's a Samsung disk, so am expecting it to last at least a few years.

No problem using it (capacity upgrade)
Bought as a replacement to upgrade the original M2. No issues using it but this was done as an IT work function, and the only reliability I can speak to is I never got any negative feedback.

Worked well on my Lenovo laptop.

It works!
My Lenovo laptop ran out of space. So I replaced the old 256 GB SSD for a new SAMSUNG 512GB M.2 2242 42mm PM991 NVMe PCIe. The important number is 2242 which is the size of the original 256 GB SSD. My laptop is a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15IIL05 (Intel® Core™ i5-1035G1) If I run Windows on this machine, it will randomly go black screen. Fortunately, it runs Ubuntu Linux just fine. Let's us get back to this review. The packaging is fine. The SSD is wrapped with some electric static protection. It is then inserted into a clear plastic container. Then the seller inserted that container inside an envelope. Then that envelope is inserted into a bigger envelope with padded bubbles. This SAMSUNG is arrived like 1 hour ago. I could not remove the battery wire. So just pulled the old SSD and inserted this SAMSUNG SSD into the slot. I restored Ubuntu OS on to this SamSung SSD. It works! I am writing this review on this SAMSUNG SSD. (5 stars from me). It does not come with a screw. I just used the original screw. The CPU temperature is 58'C, and SSD temperature is 30'C. I'm glad I bought it at $45.
