Supplement for life
It took a container for me to feel the effects of creatine. I’m 67…now feeling stronger, more stamina and mentally sharper. I don’t work out but do a lot of gardening. I can do more now than I did in the spring. I do take breaks to get out of the heat but can’t sit down too long w/o feeling antsy to get outside again. Love this stuff and creatine will be a daily supplement for the rest of my life.
