I've had the ring for more than 2 months now and I'm just as obsessed with it as when I first got it. I did get the sizing kit before buying and I'm glad I did. The sizer did fit slightly tighter than the actual ring does but I'm glad I didn't go down in size. I'm a dainty ring girl so the thickness of the band did take a little getting used to but now I barely notice it. The battery life on it is fantastic - I get 3-3.5 days on turbo mode before having to charge it and it charges pretty quick in a couple hours. Obviously the ultra human ring is a direct competitor to a more expensive smart ring that requires a monthly subscription. The ultra human ring does everything that ring does and more - for less upfront cost. For example, the power plugs are amazing. I love the circadian alignment, caffeine window tracking, and social jet lag power plugs. These give really cool insights. The step count is great. It quite good at autodetecting exercise when you're moving in space (e.g., walking, running) but it's not great at detecting more stationary workouts (e.g., strength training, yoga, indoor cycling). However, it does sync really nicely with the Apple Watch and fitness - so I often use my watch to start/stop when I want to log these activities. You can also manually log starting and stopping exercise in the app but I find that a bit clunky. The auto sleep tracking is awesome. I love the sleep stages and the sleep cycles. It gives you a daily dynamic recovery score. When I got sick, the recovery score tanked which was pretty cool to see it correlate with how poorly I felt. All in all, definitely worth it!!
