I've taken these every day for almost 2 months and I've actually gotten worse. The have not helped me at all. There are so many products out there claiming to work. I haven't found one yet.

Used it to breathe better at night...take it on and off, but have felt better breathing ( a little bit better) when I actually have taken it....need to use it for a longer period of time to REALLY tell it's effectiveness...

after being a non-smoker for the past 8 months - I have tried two other lung supplements. Now that I have almost finished my 1st bottle of Lung Capoaci-t - it is working!!!- I do feel the difference - it's bringing up a lot of gunk -but, my weezing has decreased and my out of breath after doing a tiny chore or bringing in the groceries has stopped.
