It’s not cloth. Able to be wiped down and disinfected if needed. This is our 5th bag like this that we have added to our Fire Department after switching our medic bags out to this. You can carry a smaller Oxygen bottle in it. Lots of storage. Color condensed pouches. All our bags on each truck are set up the same. Very durable.

I'm not an EMT, but I'm using this as our "bug out" bag. We use to have our 72-hour preparedness bag split between two backpacks, and everything was kind of a jumbled mess inside them. This is large enough that we were able to consolidate everything into a single bag, which is much better than having to rely on 2 people. The straps are very well padded and the harness works great, so having everything in one bag isn't too much weight to carry; it's spread very evenly. The entire volume of this bag is taken up with small organizational pouches. These are very sturdy and attached with velcro, so they stay put, but can be taken out when needed. They all have clear windows so you can see what you've put in each one. This makes it very easy to organize and store things in the bag, so you have access to what you need in the moment and don't have to go digging through everything. It is a very rugged and well designed bag. It is incredibly well-constructed, and I imagine it can take quite a beating. It's perfect for our needs and is highly recommended.

I was extremely surprised by the quality of this bag. It's extremely well made and obviously heavy duty. Extreme attention to detail from material strength, stitching, zippers, modular color coordination, etc. Zero cut corners here (as should be expected by the price. This is one of those items where if your life could be on the line, you don't want to cheap out. I got this to use for a bug out bag. Big reasons why other than previously mentioned is how well this bag opens flat, and has other pockets with separate containers. This all makes is super easy and efficient to preg a go-bag in a way where you know where everything is, and don't need to dump the contents to find 1 item. I could not recommend this bag enough. I'll likely save up for a second for my wife's vehicle.

This is an amazing bag having storage capabilities that is tremendous and well organized. I used this bag for my logging business and we packed it up with extra & extreme first aid items along with a host of other emergency type tools, etc.... It is stationed in one of our trucks that is always on sight when anyone is working. It's bright color is readily seen and cannot be confused with any other bags we use for tooling etc. Make no mistake, this is an emergency needs bag for us and will remain that way. Overall, the bag is well organized making it a comfort to use and built tough as nails. You get what you pay for and you get a LOT with this bag. Very good value for the big money and ............... Highly Recommended
