Great quality and image; pan and tilt; easy set up.
I have purchased so many Tapo products over the years for 3 homes. This is a great product and works with the H500 hub. Super easy to set up.

Great camera for the value . And NO subscription needed
Awesome camera . I had to return some cameras. Used the money on two of these plus the tapo doorcamera. It works great I don't need to set up my modem to 2.4 ghz it connected perfectly. I have two of these for my Barbershop with 128 gig memory sd card. I don't need to subscribe. And it rotates . The camera is clear even during the night. I do suggest have some light on in the area for better night recording. Great for the value. Also both of these were used from Amazon.

Good camera for my use.
This camera has such a sensitive microphone that I have to turn it down! Better too loud than the opposite. So far I like it a lot . Too bad there isn't a design that you can plug the camera into a reader vs having to fish out the micro card with my big fingers. So far so good. Easy set up & adjustments. I'm still getting those blank video's that suck up memory so I unplug it until I'm ready to use it. This cam on privacy literally tucks it's lens below so it's not visible. Love the ability to program times to record motion, great night vision, connectivity & motion detection. I really like the camera following motion as I am using it for paranormal surveillance.

Great security camera
Camera works great. Sharp clear picture and nice functional app. Occasionally falsely activated on person detection but found that the line crossing seems to work better for detecting motion.

Not Real 4k - Mostly Marketing Trap
This camera demonstrates TP-Link's marketing tactics or traps the average Joe doesn't know or doesn't have to know. Cons 1. Camera doesn't output true 4k, even when you download the video on the device. The reason is that the camera bitrate is limited and low. 2. Over NVR the maximum bitrate is limited to 4096 kbps, which is low. 3. Low bitrate means zooming closer to objects that are far away is blurry and pixilated. Its worse when you use it over the Tapo app as the bitrate even with 4k set as resolution uses a lower bitrate than the maximum permitted over when connecting it to an NVR. 4. Pixelated and blurry zoom is usually observed when you are reaching closer to an object that is more than 10 meters (32 feet) away from the camera, like the other end from a swimming pool and less observed when the object is closer. In any case, if bitrate was better both use cases woyld be crispier. Tested against older HikVision 2 megapixel cameras but due to better bitrate management by hikvision I could experience less blurry or pixelated picture. 5. At least mine failed to detect a person brooming at the far end of the picture and never register that as a person. 6. Two streams force the second one to 720p and it forces the app to set the configuration to 720p. For example, when setting the camera over NVR, then the Tapo app is forced always to 720p and attempting to change it doens't work. Thus two concurrent steams means one in "better definition" and the other one always in 720p. 7. Still no POE option but you can used a splitter. 8. Face recognition doesn't work with persons being on the far end for areas where view can extend 15-20 meters. Cons on AIReal the AI paid subscription of Tapo 1. It registers faces form screens liek TV's or phones as actual faces, which is a major issue 2. It constantly fail to classify a known person as such and brings up that person as unknown, requiring the user to classify this person 3. You can't train the agent or perform any productive task other than quering to search a video. Such as you can't tell the ai to send you a notification when object X appears or any use case 4. Searching videos is inconsistent when prompting, sometimes it will find what you are looking for, but then repeating the same prompt may result in a completely wrong output. 5. AI features don't improve experience with exsiting features, like line crossing can be set statically but AI development doesn't provide a better alternative like person crossing to the X location for example. We tend to consider tapo as a cheaper alternative, but considering the above, it seems actually the opposite, as an option that cleverly uses marketing tactics to oversell features. Pros Camera 1. Very good audio and microphone. The microphone is very sensitive 2. Picture seems to be a bit better than my c520ws but due to the above limitations its not as clear. It does use more bandwidth 3. Pan/Tilt works well 4. Installation was, as always straightforward Pros AIReal 1. Best feature person tracking between several Tapo cameras, really nice 2. Summaries are nice to have 2. Some face recognition is good, but it doesn't work perfectly Overall, AIReal is pricey, and the current features deliver a half-baked solution. It is debatable if it is actually worth it at this point. In addition, its not like you get the 4k recording at this price which is a let down. It needs to deliver more than that. In my setup, I use both the subscription and an NVR, but I am thinking of dropping the subscription for AIReal due to it not delivering actual value and dropping back to the cheaper option they provide. The biggest letdown is that this camera is not a true or close to 4K camera, and it's mostly a gimmick and a marketing trick based on their sensor capabilities, but not its actual output or recording. Thus other cameras ont he market that are similarly priced with Tapo can deliver a better video experience. That is true at least for C260 too which I'm using too. I'm still ok with Tapo's ecosystem, but these limitations made me reconsider some of my future choices.

You can’t go wrong with Tapo
I got this one because we do not have a 2.4ghz WiFi which all my other Tapo cameras require. Problem solved!

Boa câmera. Ângulo de visão inferior muito limitado
A câmera é boa. Tem um aplicativo bom. Faz bom trabalho no geral, mas tem o ângulo de visão inferior muito limitado.
