Love how it looks but the screws keep falling off

I ordered a set of 2 and initially they seemed like a good buy because of style and price but upon assembling I realized the poor quality . I have been in the woodworking industry for over 20 years and in some cases it's easier and cheaper to just buy things instead of making them. Not the case with this brand. The main issue I had was with the pocket hole depth for the screws on all the legs and foot rests . Most holes were not deep enough for the screw to catch and if they did , the screw is grabbing maybe 1/4" of wood. The opposite side of the pocket hole is not even pre-drilled so you manually have to force start the screw grab with a screwdriver. Not something I feel completely safe sitting on. I was only able to fix that with my own tools and screws i had already at the house. I can't imagine someone not having these tools and longer screws on hand being able to assemble these like they came. Maybe I just got a bad batch, I don't know. The upholstery and color is nice but on the back rest it's stretched far to one side and at an angle where it looks crooked and obvious. The 2 chairs were not consistent in fabric installation either. They feel comfortable to sit in and the finish is pretty good but that's where my compliments end. I would not recommend to anyone with the experience I had. Took much longer to assemble than they should have because of the defects.

Had a manufacturing issue with one of the stools from the first set unfortunately had to take apart the one that was fine to return both for an exchange. The second set was fine until about a month later I came home and found a screw on the floor. Luckily I was able to find a screw that was a little bit longer from another furniture project and it’s been OK in the months ever since.

these stools are amazing!! the box was maybe 20lbs but easy enough for me to carry up 4 flights of stairs since our elevator is down. it took me a little over an hour to put them together. the only tool that was needed and not provided was a screw driver. the upholstery feels expensive and the wood has a really nice finish. the colors are very neutral so don’t worry about it looking yellowish. the seat is a good depth and the curved back lays well on your back. the stools do have levelers on the bottom so you can adjust the height a little. buy the stools!!!

Awful. Get anything other than these chairs. No matter how tight you make them, they are wobbly. The pieces on the bottom don’t even fit. The back is always wobbly. Bought these less than a year ago. And we already need new chairs. Don’t waste your money or time

For the price they are fine, but keep in mind you get what you pay for. The instructions were pretty clear, but there were some issues with the screws at the bottom. They don’t fit well, and we have had to make some modifications and use wood glue a few times because the screw on one keeps falling out. They aren’t the sturdiest stools, but if you are looking for a quick, cheap solution., these are your ones. Comfortable to an extent. Good looking

Very sturdy, compliments many wood tones. Fabric is thick and seems durable. Great addition to the kitchen and comfortable! Two people very helpful when assembling. Arrived on schedule.

I was really excited because when I first found these stools on amazon, they were amazing and very well fitted for the theme I was going for in my kitchen island. After reading a lot of "good" reviews I was convinced to buying them. Upon delivery, the box was in perfect condition. the stools were very nicely packaged to prevent any damage during shipment. I took out the instruction booklet and immediately began building the stools exactly how the steps said to. I quickly realized the quality of the stools was very poor especially the feet which is what sustains the base of the seat. the screws did not seem to match the holes of the sticks connecting one another causing them to be very loose constantly coming off. upon sitting on the stools, the screws of the back support began to loosen and after constantly tightening them they continue to loosen. overall I am disappointed in the quality and the support I received from customer service.
