I’m tackling it from all angles, heated eye mask twice a day followed by light massage to get the glands to release oil, good eyelid hygiene using an eyelid foaming cleanser twice a day, omega 3, omega 7 seabuckthorn capsules, eye ointment overnight I like hylo night if it helps, hycosan shield 4 x a day, and using a regular eye drop as and when needed which brings me to this! I’ve trialed honestly about 30 different bottles of eye drops, spent a fortune, all promise to help dry eyes, all telling porkies. Still searching, I bought a bottle of this 2 weeks ago (used a full bottle in 8 days) but it’s the one that makes my eyes feel the most decent. I use it hourly, so quite a few times a day. Then use hycosan shield 4 times a day additionally. Makes my eyes feel wet which is nice as they are bone dry. Waiting on nhs ophthalmologist appointment (5 months since referral , not heard a thing) so trying to relieve symptoms at home in the meantime. Thick and hydrating
Thick eye drops. Blur vision for only a short amount of time. These genuinely fix dry eyes in a matter of seconds. Very effective.
