Price and quality
I just got this last week and have used it only a few times. So far it’s been awesome ! It heats up fast and really does a good job. To be truthful, I had no clue which one to pick . I scrolled through several and bought this one as it was a good price . Packaging was good and instructions are straight forward. I use beard oil and balm and with this heated comb my goatee has gone from curling and bunching up to straight and looking full. I have received several compliments now that it’s straight and full. I was using my wife’s very expensive hair dryer and this comb works awesome.

Not the better choice for longer beards
I have a little bit of buyer's remorse on this one. I had the larger version of this, which they still sell, for almost exactly four years. It was at a point where it needed to be replaced though, and I immediately went back to buy the same thing again. But I saw they also had this one, and that it was recommended for all beard lengths. I should have done some more research. The smaller head covers less area and means it takes longer to brush, and it just doesn't do the same job the other model does. You have to go a lot slower to get close to the same effect. I also miss the ability to adjust the temperature to a specific heat that I prefer. All that being said, this does still do the trick. It's still a much better product than most of the beard straighteners out there, and if I hadn't used the other model first, I would probably love this one. This just isn't the one I would recommend for someone with a longer beard
